Katy Bishop is a seasoned nonprofit leader with extensive experience in fundraising, grant writing, and communications across the fields of opportunity youth, prevention, health, and education. She joined Youth180 in August 2025 as Chief Development Officer, where she oversees and executes fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, and board engagement while representing the organization in the community. Previously, Katy consulted for a wide range of nonprofits, raising millions in grants and campaign contributions, and has held leadership roles with Communities in Schools of the Dallas Region and the Key School & Training Center. She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University and is recognized for her ability to build strong relationships, craft compelling narratives, and design donor-centered strategies that drive mission impact. Katy holds membership with the Association of Fundraising Professionals Dallas chapter and the Public Relations Society of America, while volunteering regularly at various institutions impacting program areas such as the arts, criminal justice reform, family services, and early childhood education.
